The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) introduced its latest regulatory measure which creates a significant new requirement that manufacturers must follow to conduct business in European Union markets. The REACH Annex XIV Authorisation List will include four substances which include Bumetrizole (UV-326), Octrizole (UV-329), Triphenyl Phosphate, and Photoinitiator 379 that will create product formulation restrictions and supply chain limitations which will affect market access for an extended period.
