The 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course offered by Rishikesh Yog Kendra is a complete learning experience for serious yoga students. RYK is situated in a peaceful environment in Rishikesh. The course covers various topics such as Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, and Physiology. RYK also offers 100-hour Yoga TTC, 200-hour Yoga TTC, and Aerial Yoga TTC. Accommodation is included in the course fee. Students are also offered satvic food thrice a day. Excursions include a trip to Kunjapuri Temple, Beatles Ashram, Parmarth Niketan, Vashishta Cave, and Sunrise Point.
