The core scientific principle of teamwork lies in this "emergence": when multiple individuals coordinate their actions towards a common goal, their efforts are not simply additive, but can produce a systemic effect of "1+1+1 > 3" through complementarity, synchronization, and mutual reinforcement. However, coordination is no easy task; it requires participants to understand the common goal, perceive the actions of others, and adjust their own behavior in real time.
