Students across Philadelphia are launching careers as mechanics and technicians in less than a year by enrolling in accelerated, hands-on trade school programs. Rather than spending four years earning a traditional college degree, many are choosing career-focused technical education that prepares them for high-demand industries such as automotive repair, manufacturing and automation, welding, electrical technology, pipefitting, construction, and sterile processing.
